My primary research interest lies in designing immunogenic peptides with the potential to serve as candidates for both vaccine development and the diagnosis of viral infections. Our research group works on different immunoinformatics approach which includes epitope prediction algorithms, molecular docking and simulation in design of immunogenic peptides. Additionally, our research is extended in the in vitro evaluation of the computational designed immunogenic peptide to assess their ability to induce peptide specific immune response and serum reactivity. My lab is also working on nano-adjuvant to enhance the immune response of viral peptide and development of disease predictive model with application of artificial intelligence.
